Steve Grant founded his home building company in 2009 after spending 30 years building organizations focused on improving customer service. Prior to founding 919 Custom Homes, Steve served in senior executive roles for Fortune 100 companies. Driven by a passion for excellence, he worked tirelessly to create value and deliver superior quality to customers and patients around the world.

Steve has created a local, family-owned home building company driven to deliver quality and value. His focus on integrity, commitment, and execution has earned 919 Custom Homes an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.  Your home is important to you and that means it is important to 919 Custom Homes.  

Steve has served as President of his Homeowners Association as well as volunteered his time on his neighborhood's Architectural Control Committee. Steve, his wife Mary, and their two sons live in Boerne, TX.
